4 leaves of flesh coral mansion or 1 teaspoon dried coral mansion 4 fresh thyme leaves or 1 teaspoon dried thyme
4 slices of salmon fillet or sole or turbot 1 piece of shallot
1 clove garlic 2 teaspoons sliced parsley
2 teaspoons mustard ¼ glass of fish stock
250 mg. Rani Gouda Salt and pepper


Preheat the oven for 220 degrees. Place 4 pieces of fish size foil on a tray. Spread the coral root, thyme and parsley on the foil and place the fishes at the top.

Mix the garlic, onion, mustard, and fish stock on a separate cup and add Rani Gouda to the mix. Spread this mixture over the fish. Fold the foil and bake the fish for 8 minutes.

Ready to serve! If you like, serve it with vegetable salad on the side.
