Takes its name from the town of Gouda in Netherlands, where it was produced for the first time. Gouda, which is made from cow milk, has fewer calories than cow cheese. “Goat Gouda”, which is rich in vitamin D, can also be found at Rani Farm. Gouda is a semi-soft, delicious, and light cheese with a cream-like taste. Aged Gouda has more of a caramel-like flavor, and its homogeneous look becomes more solid when aged. Gouda can be served with desserts, appetizers and fresh fruits.
